Welcome to Oh Sew Beautiful by Victoria. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our Services
We offer dressmaking, clothing alterations, home soft furnishings and sewing tuition. All services are by prior arrangement and subject to availability.

2. Appointments & Quotes
– All quotes are given in good faith and based on the information you provide.
– Final prices are confirmed once garments or materials are seen in person.
– Appointments are required for fittings and tuition.
– Missed appointments may result in a rebooking fee.

3. Payments
Payments are made in cash or by bank transfer as agreed — we do not currently take payments on this website.

4. Alterations & Garments
We take great care in all work. However:
– Adjustments are carried out to customer instructions and fit at the time of the fitting.
– We are not responsible for changes in body measurements or wear after collection.
– Fabrics supplied by customers are at their own risk.

5. Tuition
All sewing lessons must be booked in advance. Rescheduling is possible with reasonable notice.

6. Website Content
All text, images and content on this website are owned by Oh Sew Beautiful by Victoria and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Liability
We are not liable for any loss or damage (direct or indirect) arising from use of this website or our services, except where required by UK law.
